A classic among the station wagons

Skoda's Superb is considered the automaker's top-of-the-line model, making it part of Skoda's traditional line-up since 1934. Classified as an upper mid-range model, the Superb has established itself as a large family vehicle. At the same time, it offers a particularly large amount of storage space for passengers and luggage thanks to its spacious interior. Travelers and commuters will therefore find plenty of space in both the Superb sedan and the Superb station wagon. The Skoda Superb III Combi, for example, has a trunk capacity of 660 to 1950 litres. For the first Skoda Superb, the later VW PassatB5 base was used. Here, Skoda's classic base model includes a 1.9-liter 4-cylinder turbocharged engine with 101 horsepower. Later models such as Skoda Octavia and Skoda Roomster were developed on the basis of the Superb. With the facelift version in 2013, the Superb scored particularly well in Europe with its exterior appearance - thanks to new design elements such as integrated LED lights and a longer front apron on the sedan and station wagon. In addition, the face lifted model is the first Superb that is also available as a plug-in hybrid. Engine choices for the Skoda Superb range from 1.4-TSI to 2.0-TDI. In the latest generation, the station wagon comes in the most powerful model with 2.0 TSI 4x4 to a powerful 276 hp with 350 Nm and an acceleration of 5.8 seconds from 0 - 100 km/h. The new Skoda Superb models also feature an intelligent digital cockpit equipped with a driving assistant and parking aid.
